In addition to upgrading your service level, we will also reduce your line rental payments by at least 10%.
We offer the full range of BT line services - star services, smart diverts, call barring etc. We can programme your line to trigger 'Free Fraud Alerts '. Therefore, if you suspect that a member of staff may be abusing your lines or making a high volume of personal calls during working hours we can send you a confidential email notification which will highlight if certain numbers are dialled or if calls to specific numbers reach a specified cost.
Switching your line rental to DAMtel is a totally seamless process ('Zero Touch'). There is no hardware to install and no dialling prefix to enter.
